what if you could bring the expertise home with you?
the check-ups feel rushed. the advice online conflicts. the questions you have aren't the kind you can answer in a 10-minute weigh-in.
a home visit is 90 uninterrupted minutes with Tatiana, an experienced NICU nurse, that happens in your space, with your baby, working through what's happening for your family right now.
Medicare rebates available.

what we cover in your visit
every visit is tailored to you and your baby. some families want hands-on feeding support. others need reassurance, troubleshooting, or a clear plan they can follow. we work through whatever matters most to you.
a home visit may include:
a gentle head-to-toe wellbeing check of your newborn
observation of a full feed with real-time guidance (breast, bottle, combination, or pumping)
latch assessment, positioning, milk transfer, and bottle technique support
weight check and growth guidance
identification of common challenges such as colic, reflux, tongue tie, lip tie
sleep, settling, and day/night rhythm support
a goal sleep schedule where appropriate
newborn care demonstrations such as bathing, settling, safe sleep
time for your questions and practical next steps
the support doesn’t disappear when I walk out of the door
you’ll have 7 days of direct messaging after your visit. the real questions usually come up at 11pm during the third feed in a row when something doesn’t feel right. that’s when I want you to reach out.
who it’s for
this visit is for you if…
you left the hospital feeling okay, then got home and felt anything but
feeding is harder than you expect and you're not sure if it's the latch, the milk, or both
you've been told everything looks fine, but it doesn't feel fine
you’ve gotten mixed signals from rotating faces in clinic
you want someone to watch a full feed, not just ask you how it's going
you're tired of Googling or asking ChatGPT and getting five different answers

Nothing special. Just yourself and your baby. If you have any weight records like the infant’s Blue Book, have those at the ready, but don't worry if you don't.
-
Yes. Mention it when you book and I'll come prepared.
-
Yes. As an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner registered with AHPRA, I have prescriptive authority within my scope of practice. If your baby needs something like chlorsig for conjunctivitis during our visit, I can write that for you on the spot via eRX, no separate GP appointment needed. It's one less thing on your plate.

You don't have to choose, plenty of families use both! Child & Family Health visits are a great foundation but they could be short, scheduled on a fixed timeline, and you may see a different nurse each time. A home visit with me sits alongside that, offering something different: 90 uninterrupted minutes in your own space, a full clinical assessment, and support tailored to exactly what's happening for your family right now. No packing up the baby, no waiting room, no rushing through a checklist. For a lot of the families I’ve supported, the council visit leaves them with more questions than answers. This fills that gap. Whether you use council care, private care, or a combination of both, the goal is that you feel genuinely supported and confident.

Yes, and this is where I'm different from most providers. I'm an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner registered with AHPRA, with a scope of practice in neonates and paediatrics. There is no age limitation on Medicare rebates for my services. Whether your baby is 2 weeks or 4 months, you may still be eligible. I'll provide a Medicare-compatible invoice after your visit.

Yes, and I'd recommend it. We can lock in your visit for those first days or weeks home so support is already in place when you need it most. Get in touch and we'll plan around your due date.
