All services are self-pay and booked through Halaxy. Some may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you hold a Medicare card.

  • Fourth Trimester Package

    For families navigating the early weeks with a newborn- whether it's your first or fourth. These packages are designed to wrap around you with evidence-based guidance, emotional support, and judgment-free care. I'm here to be your calm in the chaos- like a nurse bestie who actually comes to your house. We work together on feeding (breast, formula, combo, pumping- all welcome), soothing strategies and sleep basics, building confidence in baby cues & care, managing the mental load of new parenthood, healing & recovery (both physical and emotional). This package includes 4 weeks of support: one home visit per week (4 total), unlimited weekday text support (Mon-Fri 9a-5p), and optional virtual Telehealth check-ins as additions. Perfect for families who want ongoing reassurance and expert eyes on feeding, settling, sleep, and everything in between.

  • NICU Discharge - Standard

    These were designed specifically for NICU graduates seeking support at home after discharge as a bridge to Child & Family Health. The STANDARD package encompasses 4 weeks of support and includes 2 in-home visits per week (total 8 hours), unlimited weekday text support (Mon-Fri 9a-5p), and optional Telehealth video check-in as addition (to clarify feeding, oxygen, reflux, etc). This is best for families needing regular in-home guidance, with flexibility between visits.

  • NICU Discharge - Enhanced

    The NICU discharge support packages were designed specifically for NICU graduates seeking support at home as a bridge to Child & Family Health. The ENHANCED package encompasses 4 weeks of support and includes 3 in-home visits per week (total 12 hours), unlimited text support (weekends included, 9a-5p), and optional unlimited Telehealth video check-in as addition (to clarify feeding, oxygen, reflux, etc). This is best for families needing regular in-home guidance, with higher medical or emotional support needs during the NICU-to-home transition.

  • NICU Discharge - Virtual

    Ideal for families located outside of Sydney or those who do not require hands-on support. The virtual-only package includes unlimited weekday text support (Mon-Fri 9a-5p) and weekly 30-minute video Telehealth check-ins for 4 weeks duration.

  • A La Carte

    Just have a few questions or need a one-time check-in? I offer a la carte in-home visits and virtual consults to support feeding, sleep, newborn care, or anything else on your mind—no ongoing commitment required. These sessions are 30 minutes each.
